Lisa joined JTC in 2021 following the acquisition of RBC cees.
In March 2022, Lisa and the ES Cash Management team moved from Employer Solutions (ES) to JTC Group Treasury and Banking. As Director of Banking, Lisa is responsible for the management, oversight and control of both JTC’s South African Banking Teams and the Employer Solutions Reconciliation Treasury Team.
In her constantly evolving role, she can be found handling anything from developing cash solutions for the ES business to managing the ES pooled accounts and being involved in Group focussed Banking technology cash initiatives. She is also responsible for meeting banks and third-party providers discussing rates, service levels, and reviewing FinTech proposals.
