Lisa joined JTC in 2021 following the acquisition of RBC cees.
Within her role as Associate Director, she is responsible for the management, oversight, control and development of administration services provided to JTC Employer Solutions clients. Her role also involves looking after four operational teams within Client Administration, ensuring quality control across all teams, while delivering within established Service Level Agreements.
Lisa is additionally responsible for the continuous improvement and development of the Client Administration service delivery plan and solutions, as well as contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the business.
She specialises in cash management and the set up and implementation of new operational teams.
Prior to joining JTC, Lisa worked for RBC from 2008 after joining the Abacus Financial Services Group in 1999 where she set up and managed the Treasury back office team and the Trust Company payment team.
