Elaine Anderson

Highlights

Within her role as Senior Manager, she is primarily focused on People Management which includes HR, Learning & Development and Business Management both physically and virtually for the Edinburgh Office. She is also responsible for Change Management initiatives for JTC Employer Solutions.

Before joining JTC, Elaine helped Abacus open up their Edinburgh office prior to it being acquired by RBC in 2005.

She has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, during this time her management roles have been within Life Insurance, Unit Trusts, Pension Administration, HR and Learning & Development.

In their spare time

Elaine enjoys long walks, trips to the cinema and theatre, and dining out.
