Highlights

Christopher manages a dedicated team of governance professionals in London who provide our clients with guidance on key issues including, Corporate Governance (UK Corporate Governance Code and AIC Code), Listing Rules and DTRs, Market Abuse Regulations, and the Companies Act.

Christopher is experienced in supporting client boards and investment managers through IPOs, establishing governance processes, procedures and controls, fund raisings, general meetings, governance reporting, the annual corporate reporting cycle, board advisory services, establishing board committees, board evaluations, board inductions and board training.

Christopher is an ICSA qualified governance professional and an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in South Africa. Prior to joining JTC, Christopher was in professional legal practice specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation.

In their spare time

Christopher enjoys playing golf with his partner, travelling as much as possible and exploring London, his new home town.
