Shivaji is a leader in the field of technology with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations turn complex technology change into practical business outcomes, having spent much of his career working at the intersection of technology, data, cloud and AI.

His prior experience includes senior roles at UniCredit, Deutsche Bank and McKinsey, where he led programmes ranging from enterprise data platforms and technology modernisation to scaling AI and GenAI in regulated environments.

In his spare time, Shivaji is an avid traveler and enjoys discovering good food. He also enjoys reading, particularly science fiction and political thrillers, and unwinding with lighthearted films.
