Kim is a Senior Manager in South Dakota. She leads a talented team of trust administrators, as well as managing her own portfolio of trust clients, including having oversight of risk awareness, internal and external relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.
Kim has worked in trust administration since 2012. Prior to joining JTC, she served as the Director of Trust Case Management at Capital First Trust Company, where she led a team of Trust Case Managers, each with their own specialties in business development and trust on-boarding. Kim specialised in complex account on- boarding, with experience in trust operations. As a key member of the business development team, Kim also worked to develop and strengthen relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker dealers, custodial firms and attorney networks, and she regularly attended and presented at industry conferences.
