Double Shortlisting at the 2026 Citywealth Powerwomen USA Awards

JTC is delighted to announce that Marina Cristiani and Carece Rufe have been shortlisted for the Citywealth Powerwomen USA Awards, recognising outstanding leadership and commitment to empowering women across the financial services industry.

They are shortlisted in the following categories:

• Marina Cristiani (New York Office) – Mentor of the Year
• Carece Rufe (Delaware Office) – Woman of the Year – Leadership

The Citywealth Powerwomen Awards celebrate individuals and organisations making a meaningful impact by championing leadership, innovation and equality. These shortlists highlight JTC’s continued commitment to supporting talent, recognising excellence and fostering an inclusive culture where people can thrive and lead with confidence.

Selection is based on a combination of expert panel assessment (90%) and public voting (10%). Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday 18 March 2026, at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in New York.
