Senior Financial Account Manager – Corporate Services

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Financial Account Manager to join our rapidly growing office in Amsterdam. As Senior Financial Account Manager you will play an important role in ensuring the day-to-day financial management of our worldwide client portfolio. You will take ownership of all financial related matters for your portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Preparing the statutory annual reporting as well as interim reporting and other ad hoc financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with global client base as main point of contact on all finance related matters.
  • Provide input on potential new business streams with the chance the lead such processes.  
  • Help develop and implement new IT software to streamline processes and support client needs.
  • Provide ideas and insight to help improve existing processes and implement and optimize new processes.
  • Working closely with legal and relationship managers as well as our compliance team to provide insight on how to best service our clients.
  • Liaising with external parties such as tax advisors, notaries and financial auditors on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with a variety of banks to provide treasury solutions for our clients.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or similar with minimum 4 years’ work experience, ideally in an international setting.
  • A highly motivated, hands-on, all-round team player with a positive can-do attitude is essential.
  • An ability to multitask, prioritize and react quickly to client demands in order to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining excellent technical standards.
  • A strong commercial mindset.
  • A positive and confident communicator who is able to voice their opinion and actively receive feedback.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken essential, any additional languages are considered a bonus.
  • A desire to learn and react positively to challenges.
