Administrator – Employer Solutions

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

This administrator will report into the Senior Administrator within the Employer Solutions Team. The team deals with all aspects of trusteeship and administration relating to (but not limited to) Employee Incentive Arrangements, Employee Benefit Trust Administration, Share Plans, Nominee Arrangements and Client Relationship Management.

The role holder will be responsible for the administration of Employee Benefit Trusts that contain FTSE listed and Private Clients. You will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and timely administration of documents, instructions and other associated paperwork.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Administer and monitor a varied portfolio of Trust, Company and Nominee arrangements. Ensure a professional service is provided to clients and intermediaries.
  • Document trustee decision making and preparation of instructions in relation to exercises for the Trusts.
  • Liaison with 3rd party administrators ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements Arranging payments and invoice /trade settlements.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to service clients.
  • Correspondence with clients, bankers, custodians, brokers, registrars, legal advisors, tax advisors and other intermediaries.
  • Assisting with the Client Periodic Reviews.
  • Ensuring careful consideration is given to all communications made externally – standard JTC format to be applied.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and is accurate.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc project work and new client take on — any project deadline will need to be met along with daily workloads.
  • Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML, TF & PF legislation.
  • Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, with ability to learn new systems and processes effectively.
  • Trust Administration Experience.
