Highlights

Within her role as Senior Manager, she is responsible for a diverse range of clients in her portfolio, ranging from smaller private companies with share awards for only senior executives, to fully listed public companies with a suite of differing share plans that extend to all employees.

Stephanie specialises in the trusteeship of Employee Share Plan Trusts that are operated in conjunction with equity incentives.

She has around 15 years’ experience wholly dedicated to employee share trusts, predominately with Computershare Plan Managers (formerly HBOS/Lloyds).

In their spare time

Stephanie likes to spend quality time with her husband, family and friends. She always finds time for a run (making the most of the beautiful island of Jersey), and also enjoys yoga and travelling.
