Shanaé joined JTC as Director of Client Services and Fund Administration in 2023 and has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

In her current role she is responsible for managing one or more groups within Client Services, 1031 Exchange operations, revenue growth, and client retention.

Prior to JTC, Shanaé worked for multiple large exchange institutions as a qualified intermediary. She has facilitated over 10,000 various 1031 exchange transactions and has been a featured speaker for numerous real estate associations, podcasts and radio shows throughout the US.
