Max is currently a Senior Director and heads up one of the legal teams. He is additionally responsible for operational management in the Netherlands office.
Prior to JTC, Max gained his financial experience working at one of the Big 4 accountancy firms in their Tax Advisory department.
He has particular expertise in the private equity sector, restructuring and tax related issues.
Max enjoys dining out and is very much into his fitness and can be seen running or cycling in his spare time. His recreational love is diving and he’s been fortunate to dive in many waters across the globe.
