Dawn’s background in managing client service and treasury teams gives the company unique capabilities in high volume fund administration transaction processing.
Responsible for over US$85 billion of annual transaction volume, Dawn helps define internal fund administration and client service process automation. She is also responsible for managing ongoing Business Continuity planning and annual external SSAE 16 audits for certain aspects of the JTC US operation.
