Catherine Byrd

Senior Manager – Employer Solutions Jersey 

Catherine joined JTC in 2021 following the acquisition of RBC cees.

Within her role, she is responsible for the Customer Relations Team, and manages and supports the day-to-day relationship management for the Employer Solutions member base. She has a passion for Client excellence and member engagement.

Catherine has around 15 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Her previous roles include Business Change Management and Business Operations.

Catherine specialises in international and local benefit plans, including pension and deferred compensation plans
