More Praise for JTC and Saul Ewing’s Advanced EB-5 Conference

Attendees shared some of the biggest takeaways from our September event where EB-5 stakeholders gathered for intensive discussions on the most pressing issues facing EB-5.

September 18th, 2025, saw the 4th Annual Advanced EB-5 Conference in Miami, FL, hosted by JTC and Saul Ewing LLP. Packed with speakers, panel discussions, and networking events, the event allowed EB-5 leaders from across the country to connect and talk about how to solve the problems currently facing the industry and its stakeholders. Since the event, praise has been rolling in from attendees about what they gained from the experience.

One such piece comes from legal publication Law360. The article, “EB-5 Industry Leaders Ponder Path To Long-Term Future,” highlights vital statements made by keynote speakers and the important discussions that were held surrounding EB-5’s future. Several attendees were quoted, including JTC Head of Specialty Administration and General Counsel USA Jill Jones, who spoke on the need for permanent reauthorization of the Regional Center Program.

“EB-5 has no cost to the taxpayers, and it’s providing the job creation, it’s providing the economics, it’s providing everything the developers need,” said Jones. By bringing EB-5 stakeholders together, JTC hopes to continue to foster discussions around how best to educate lawmakers about the positive impact of EB-5 on American communities and how reauthorization will help the program continue to benefit the country.
