At JTC, we understand that the journey of building a meaningful and rewarding career starts with the right opportunity.

We believe in nurturing talent, encouraging innovation, recognising and rewarding excellence in addition to providing a supportive environment for emerging professionals to develop their expertise.

This is your chance to embark on a journey that will empower you to maximise your full potential while shaping the future of our dynamic industry.
Whether you’re starting a career fresh out of education or looking to pivot into an exciting new role, JTC could be the perfect place for you.

We want everyone, wherever they work in the JTC network, to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be excellent in our world and we deliver this through the JTC Academy.

JTC Academy is here to help maximise our people’s potential within the business – it’s as simple as that.

From day one, employees are provided with a comprehensive and structured development programme that gives access to thousands of learning materials as well as training that is tailored to job roles, performance and potential.

The key elements of JTC Academy include professional education, technical and non-technical curriculums and leadership and management training, all aimed at improving the excellence of service delivered to clients and other stakeholders in the business. We also support the business via ‘Talent and Succession’ activities which are designed to ensure we deliver business growth via our people.

JTC Academy builds on our traditions of mentoring and academic training and brings those practices up to date while adding more opportunities than ever before for wider learning and development.

We believe our people are one of a kind and should have access to all opportunities to grow with the company. That’s why, twice a year, employees can be promoted based on their knowledge, skill sets and abilities.

And more than that, we ensure that all roles are made available across the business, which opens up opportunities for internal mobility. This approach helps our teams to keep learning, sharing and achieving their full potential.

At JTC, our culture is all about making connections, building friendships, working hard and having fun. The Sports and Social programme is both jurisdictional and employee-led, meaning there are a range of diverse and exciting activities to get stuck into at all times.

Some of the activities our JTC community are kept busy with are…

  • Annual summer parties
  • Group-wide sporting events, including 10,000 step challenges and triathlons
  • Global virtual quizzes
  • Family fun days
  • Marathon runs and obstacle courses
  • Boat parties, murder mysteries and Halloween events
  • And much, much more!

As a global business, we tailor our employee benefits to each of our jurisdictions.

We offer competitive benefits including a discretionary bonus, remote and flexible working models, enhanced leave options, health and financial benefits and a ‘dress for your day’ policy. All this sits alongside our Shared Ownership (EIP) scheme, which makes every employee an owner of the business.

A healthy company is a happy company and your wellbeing is important to us.

JTC has a long-term commitment to wellbeing under the three pillars of physical, emotional and mental good health. We have created a network for all employees to ensure we live out our mantra of being #StrongerTogether, both professionally and personally.

Our wellbeing support system includes an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering a confidential helpline for each of our global offices. Whether our employees have questions about balancing working from home with parenting and childcare or managing health and money issues, these providers are there to help. Services are available to all JTC employees, so any questions or worries can be answered confidentially by experts, 24/7, 365 days a year.

A Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) initiative is in place where trained JTC volunteers are available for those with mental health concerns. Their interaction could range from having an initial conversation through to supporting the person to get appropriate help. MHFAs are not trained to offer ongoing support or counselling but are taught to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.

JTC currently has over 40 trained MHFA volunteers who are based across our global offices. We operate a ‘no borders’ policy, meaning that wherever a person may be located, they have access to every single one of the MHFAs to arrange a virtual meeting.

A career can still help fulfil your wanderlust, and our JTC Gateway offers employees the opportunity to develop their careers by working in various roles and Group locations across the world.

We know that some people have a longing for adventure. From individual secondments to rotational programmes and permanent opportunities, Gateway is available to broaden employees’ professional, managerial, technical, and interpersonal skills, along with sharing their own knowledge and experience with their international colleagues by facilitating cross-functional learning and cross-departmental teamwork.
