Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW

 PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to join our growing Digital Team as an Assistant Manager. This role will support the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive engagement, brand visibility, and commercial impact. The successful candidate will work closely with divisional marketing teams to execute their digital initiatives, analyse performance, and contribute to innovation in our digital approach.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across channels including social media, web, and paid media.
  • Content Coordination: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This will also include administrative tasks across the jtcgroup.com websites and other platforms owner by the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and platform dashboards.
  • SEO & Optimisation: Assist the divisional teams with website and content optimisation efforts, including keyword research, metadata updates, and performance audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with divisional marketing teams to understand their needs and provide digital support tailored to their objectives.
  • Innovation: Support the exploration of new digital tools, platforms, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to special digital initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other marketing tools.
  • Demonstrable experience with Adobe creative packages is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, content strategy, and social media engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights clearly.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic digital landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills which can be applied to technical digital projects.
