Assistant Administrator – Private Client

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

Assist the Client Services department in routine administration work and provide support in day-to-day tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assist administrators in the administration of their portfolio.
  • Assist in the maintenance of detailed and accurate record of all client structures within the portfolio.
  • Assist the Client Services team to complete remediation works under the guidance and supervision of a Manager where discrepancies are identified, if any.
  • Assist administrators in clearing of tasks for reviews undertaken.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Manager.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Holder of a degree in a relevant discipline (eg. Management & Law).
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Fast learner with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Willing to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
