Miranda Lansdowne, Group Director – CEO Office, and Anton Seatter, Director – Employer Solutions, will be speaking at ProShare’s share plan masterclass ‘Celebrating Excellence’ on Wednesday 4 May. This follows JTC winning Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership: 501 – 5,000 Employees at the 2021 ProShare Awards.
The masterclass showcases the ProShare award winners and is followed by a drinks reception and networking.
Miranda and Anton will be delivering a presentation on JTC’s award-winning submission. They will also cover the challenges JTC faced when creating shared ownership, lessons learned, and highlighting best practice so that others can learn from JTC’s success.
