As a FTSE 250 listed business on the London Stock Exchange, JTC is committed to its sustainability framework and underlying CSR initiatives that help make the communities in which we live and work a better place. The JTC GIVES programme encourages an employee led approach to charitable fundraising and donations so that our people, wherever they’re based, are supported to help create a more sustainable and equitable JTC world. Under the umbrella of JTC GIVES, the programme is then split into three distinct areas that together represent out #strongertogether ethos.
We have chosen to focus on the areas of Knowledge, Sustainability and Wellbeing because, over the last few years, both analysis and listening to colleagues’ feedback, has shown that our employees champion these causes through their own fundraising and volunteering.
Under the JTC Gives banner and aligned to our three key themes, JTC Impacts focusses on our external commitment to support charitable causes both local to our offices and global causes where we believe our contribution can make a greater difference.
JTC Impacts is driven by our continually growing global office network and provides the opportunity for each of our offices to champion causes that matter most to them.
Alongside this commitment, JTC also pledges to support worldwide organisations with a global reach. These donations help support communities in times of need and highlight global issues that are important to us.
Guided by the principle that we are ‘stronger together’, we believe in the enormous power we can have as a collective. We want to empower our employees to support charities and organisations that they are passionate about whilst also aligning with our wider themes of Knowledge, Sustainability and Wellbeing.
JTC Supports is an internally focussed scheme whereby colleagues are able to request a donation from JTC for their chosen charity when they take part in a fundraising event or challenge. We are more than happy to consider requests from marathons, triathlons, bungee jumps, sponsored walks, bake sales and everything in between as we want to encourage everyone to play a part in creating positive change.
We work together with a number of community organisations and inspiring individuals to support their endeavours which are aligned with our shared ownership principles. JTC is always open to hearing about ways to get involved and potential sponsorship details can be put forward by employees or be received directly from applicants.
