Gregg joined JTC in 2021 and brings with him over 20 years of trust experience.

As Head of Domestic Business Development in the Americas Private Client Services team, he focuses on implementing strategies, complex trust structures, tax and estate planning.

With a focus on institutions, financial advisors and attorneys, he facilitates trust transfers or the creation of new trusts, and he identifies and fulfils the need for personal trust services for investment advisors and their clients.

Gregg previously worked as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales at Arden Trust Company and Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Delaware) Limited as a director of sales and business development with responsibility for domestic and international strategies, institutional relationships and management of the sales team.

He has also worked for such firms as Principal Trust Company, Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley.

Naro is the Deputy Head of Private Client Services for JTC’s Caribbean offices. Prior to this, he was the Head of JTC’s Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, and he originally joined JTC as an Associate Director based in Guernsey.

Having grown up in Guernsey, Naro started working in the fiduciary industry in 2004. His experience has been gained in both independent and bank-owned fiduciary companies, with most of his career being spent looking after Middle Eastern clients with a particular focus on structures holding real estate. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr MCMI) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Naro has been named on various Citywealth Leaders Lists, most recently winning the Career Achievement Award in 2023. He has also been recognised by eprivateclient in its Top 35 Under 35 list on several occasions. Naro is a member of the STEP Cayman Islands Council and the Global NexGen working group.

Emilio graduated as a lawyer in 1993 in Argentina, obtained an LLM degree at Duke University, USA, in 2003 and further expanded his studies with a M&A programme at Harvard University Business School.

He joined JTC in 2011 and moved to Miami from Argentina in late 2012 to open the first JTC office in the US. From 2013 to 2024 he was Regional Head of Americas and led JTC’s Private Client Services division in the US and Latin America. During this period he played a key role in developing JTC’s brand and client base in the region where it is now the leading independent trust company.

In mid-2024, Emilio re-located back to Argentina to become JTC’s Regional Head of Latin America, responsible for the business development in Mexico, Central America and South America.

Before joining JTC, Emilio worked for a top Argentine law firm, Estudio Beccar Varela, as a corporate lawyer. In 2004 he started his career in the international corporate and trust business when he joined Citco (Curaçao), later becoming Equity Trust/TMF Group’s Regional Commercial Director for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Emilio has a wealth of experience in Americas cross-border wealth planning and investment solutions for private clients, financial institutions, FOs and MFOs.

Justin is a National Sales Manager and Account Executive in the US.

He is responsible for the day-to-day sales operations of the 1031 exchange department, managing the overall growth of the business, and implementation of strategic account plans.

Justin is a subject matter expert in tax-advantaged investments including DSTs and Opportunity Zones. He has been featured in publications such as the New England Real Estate Journal and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
