Sheilagh joined JTC in 2015 as part of the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business.

Within her role as a Senior Director, Sheilagh is responsible for HR across the ICS division of JTC and is based in Cape Town.

Sheilagh has 19 years’ experience in human resources and has held HR management positions within the fund administration industry for the past 13 years. She is motivated by understanding the needs of the business and being able to provide a professional HR partnership to the business areas she supports.

In Their Spare Time

Having grown up in Namibia, Sheilagh and her husband really enjoy the outdoors and nature but sadly she doesn’t get to spend as much time at game reserves as she’d like to anymore. She also enjoys the company of friends and family and especially adores her two dogs – American staffies – affectionately known as her fur babies. With her Scottish heritage, top of Sheilagh’s bucket list is to watch the Springboks play Scotland at Murrayfield.
