Lesley Ann-Black

Highlights

In her current role, she is responsible for the senior management, oversight, control and development of the operational teams who provide optimum client service to International Retirement and Savings Plans. She is also responsible and accountable for wider internal services on Data Management and Reporting.

Lesley-Ann’s career in financial services includes 25 years with professional actuarial and consultancy firms Mercer, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capita Employee Benefits prior to joining RBC in 2014 as a Senior Manager. Her roles have been varied and span leading new business implementation teams, business process and quality improvement teams, consultancy and operational client partnerships.

In their spare time

Lesley-Ann likes to spend downtime with family and her boxer dog Bella. She has a keen interest in being outdoors and braving the Scottish weather to Kayak on Lochs and rivers. Most recently, she joined her local forest ranger service and regularly helps to clear the woodlands near her home.
