David Tanner

Highlights

Within his role, David provides technical and regulatory compliance services to JTC fund clients, utilizing over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry.

Prior to joining JTC, David spent a total of 15 years at the Jersey Financial Services Commission. This included managing the Funds Supervision team and contributing to the preparation of the Islands’ Moneyval assessment, he also spent time as the Finance Manager and as a Manager in the Funds Authorisation team. David has previously performed the role of a key person to numerous regulated fund services businesses and funds.

David has extensive regulatory knowledge, with particular focus on the Jersey regulatory framework, which includes, the Codes of Practice for Funds, Code of Practice of Fund Services Business, Fund Guides, AML/CFT/CPF, risk management and corporate governance.

In their spare time

David enjoys playing and watching football. He is an avid West Ham United supporter and endeavors to attend games as often as possible. He also enjoys gardening and spending time with his family.
