Assistant Administrator – Corporate Services

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

The role holder will be aiding other team members as required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager or given Line Manager.

The Assistant Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves assisting team members by handling delegated tasks, being communicative, and performing general client tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assist in daily administrative operations as directed.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and   guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviours.
  • Check, maintain and ensure accuracy of the central diary system relevant to client portfolio managed, to ensure deadlines are recorded and subsequently achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities (including desktop), ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
  • Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
  • Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Completer / finisher.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a keenness to learn and understand fund and corporate structures.
