Tracy embarked on her career in accounting where she worked at various service, safety and finance companies before joining SALI.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) at the University of Texas at Austin. Afterwards, whilst working at SALI, she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in accounting.
