Michelle is a Senior Director in JTC’s St Louis office.

After more than two decades working as a CPA in various accounting roles from the Big Four to a Venture Capital firm, Michelle became an entrepreneur and created a firm specialising in Fund Administration, Segue Partners, which JTC acquired in 2021. Since 2001, she has focused her expertise in the private fund arena and has been a key contributor in teams raising over half a billion dollars. She has raised venture capital, real estate funds, and mezzanine funds, from pensions, unions, trusts, high net worth and corporate investors. During Michelle’s tenure as Director and CFO for life sciences VC firm, Prolog Ventures, Michelle oversaw all limited partner reporting, audit and tax reporting, legal and financial due diligence, negotiated term sheets and oversaw investments of over 30 portfolio companies and served on the board of directors for three investments.

Since the acquisition of Segue Partners, Michelle has assumed a wider JTC Group role as Senior Director, where she is able to apply her extensive knowledge and experience to help grow the JTC funds business in the US and globally.

Michelle is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri as well as a Certified Exit Planning Analyst (CEPA). Michelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, concentration in Accounting with honors from Saint Louis University and holds a Certificate in Spanish.

She also received the Innovation in Accounting Award in 2016 from the St. Louis Business Journal.

As a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) she helped to create a global network that serves the unique needs of the entrepreneur. This innovative process has withstood—even flourished—during times of economic uncertainty and has a global footprint in more than 61 countries. Michelle served on the board of the St. Louis Chapter and as Chair of the Accelerator Program and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative of the St. Louis chapter.
