Kieran Clarke

Highlights

Within his role, Kieran oversees a varied portfolio of engagements, dealing with regulatory and tax matters, cross-border litigation management, and the resolution of investment and stakeholder disputes.

Prior to joining JTC Special Situations, Kieran began his career in a Big Four firm in Dublin and engaged in the audit of large investment fund structures including mutual, hedge, venture capital, private equity and fund of funds executing a variety of strategies. Recently, Kieran was appointed as liquidator of Silicon Valley Bank Cayman, where he is leading efforts to recover several hundred million dollars in assets. He also played a key role in the successful defence of a private equity fund facing claims exceeding $100 million and was extensively involved in a secondary market sell-side transaction of U.S. Limited Partnership interests valued at over $1.5 billion.

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association in the Cayman Islands, INSOL International and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.
