ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

Founded in 2002 and based in Austin, TX, SALI Fund Services (“SALI”) a JTC Group Company, delivers a turn-key solution for the creation and administration of Insurance Dedicated Funds (“IDFs”) and separately managed accounts (“SMAs”). Our innovative platform enables investment managers to create tax-compliant IDFs and SMAs that seamlessly integrate with insurance company Private Placement Variable Annuity and Private Placement Life Insurance account platforms. SALI serves a diverse group of clients, from boutique hedge funds to the world’s largest wealth management institutions. Currently, we administer over 250 IDFs and SMAs, collectively representing more than $30 billion in assets. As a fund administrator, SALI is dedicated to providing white-glove service, industry expertise, and operational excellence for every client engagement.

SALI is searching for a self-motivated, hardworking, and ambitious Business Development and Investor Relations Analyst. This role will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Investor Relations teams and report directly to SALI’s Head of Investor Relations. Responsibilities are a blend of front-office, client-facing projects and essential back-office functions, engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to assist on new business opportunities.
  • Support new client onboarding, coordinating across legal, compliance, and operations.
  • Maintain CRM/database and produce prospecting and pipeline reports for management.
  • Draft client-facing communications, including investor letters and fund updates.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of investor meetings, senior management presentations, and events.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain and improve operational protocols and project plans for client-specific initiatives across departments.
  • Manage projects across legal, compliance, operations, and investment teams to achieve deadlines and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude, flexibility and willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency required.
  • Strong PC-related skills (Microsoft SharePoint, SalesForce, and other software applications) preferred but not required.
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Previous experience working with legal documents preferred.
  • Broad understanding of the financial industry preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands in a fast-paced working environment.
