The strength of JTC’s private client services division in Guernsey and Jersey, including the success of the firm’s shared ownership model and its sophisticated ESG proposition, has been recognised through two wins at the inaugural Wealthbriefing Channel Islands Awards 2022.
The firm was announced as the winner of both the ‘Trust Employer of the Year’ and ‘Trust ESG Programme’ categories yesterday evening (8th December) at an awards ceremony held at the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa.

The awards, independently judged by a panel of experts, were created to celebrate the brightest and best amongst the Channel Islands’ wealth management community, encompassing teams and individuals.
This latest achievement follows JTC’s success last month at the annual Wealthbriefing MENA Awards for Excellence 2022, where the firm was selected as the winner in the categories for ‘Independent Trust or Fiduciary Company’ and ‘Wealth Management Rising Star Under 40’.
Commenting on JTC’s success, Wendy Holley, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at JTC, said:
“At JTC, we are committed to supporting our people and believe that we are stronger together – something that is underpinned by our shared ownership model, which is fundamental to our culture and success. It is wonderful to see this recognised through receiving the award for ‘Trust Employer of the Year’.
“We also take our responsibility towards sustainability seriously. Throughout 2022, we have developed our ESG governance framework, whilst also creating a range of innovative solutions, which provide ESG services to clients looking to progress and deliver their own strategies for more sustainable practices. Being selected as the winner for ‘Trust ESG Programme’ highlights our work in this crucial area and is a reflection of the high standards we hold ourselves to in our efforts to continually develop our ESG credentials.”
