Jon Masters

Highlights

He is a Chartered Accountant, with over 35 years’ financial experience. He qualified with Touche Ross before joining James Capel in 1988, where he became a Senior Executive and Head of Treasury, helping to establish the HSBC Investment Bank. In 1999, he moved to the Treasury Management team at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for network management and cash management, and then joined the executive office in 2004 to focus on senior client relationship management. The team engaged with the firm’s top clients, delivering all the product offerings of the Bank.

In 2008, Jon became COO at Northwood Capital, a hedge fund, and one of his clients, also specialising in compliance and risk management. Following the closure of Northwood, he joined Sciens Group as Head of Compliance and Administration of the London Office, before moving to INDOS in 2017.

In their spare time

Jon is a career long cyclist with a particular love of the mountains, tandem touring with his wife and racing. He is also a qualified BCF track coach and can be found most Saturdays at Herne Hill velodrome in south east London, coaching children through to adults. Occasionally Jon can also be spotted watching Rugby or fell walking.
