ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role holder will be required to assist in the administration duties and activities that are required to support the successful delivery of administration for a client portfolio(s) and assisting in supporting JTC’s Geneva PCS portfolio of fiduciary structures.
This will be under the supervision of the Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager and Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Assist in routine administrative operations in respect of a portfolio of fiduciary structures, maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems and ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
- Liaise with intermediaries/clients as necessary and under the supervision of more senior team members.
- Involvement in the review process from a trainee perspective to gain further exposure.
- Prepare necessary corporate documentation required for ongoing administrative matters in relation to the client entities, ensuring timely and effective client care.
- Assist with the billing and collection of debtors’ process.
- Prepare payments, letters, and settle bills on behalf of client entities.
- Perform various tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing of documents.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
- Maintain 90% chargeable time.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to collate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Competent in all Microsoft applications.
- Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English language and seeking a career in Finance.
