Simon Gordon

Highlights

Simon is the Head of the UK and Channel Islands Sales team for JTC’s Institutional Capital Services division. Based in London, he has responsibility for cross-jurisdictional business development initiatives and maintains several key client relationships.

He advises clients on the provision of administration services for investment funds and corporate structures, especially London Stock Exchange listed companies and funds, authorised open-ended funds and private funds. This includes the provision of Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial, Administration, Transfer Agency, AIFM Management Company, Depositary and CREST Registrar services.

Simon has expertise in all asset classes but, in particular, alternative assets such as private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure. He also has a number of years’ experience of working at a senior level within the global fund custody division of a private bank.

In their spare time

Simon sings in a rock band, rides his motorbikes and does quite a lot of running. He also has a young son and a very understanding wife!
