Simon Stafford

Highlights

Within his role, Simon is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships, expanding Employer Solutions’ presence in the Share Plan industry and working closely with clients during the onboarding process.

Simon has over 25 years’ experience at a senior level, where previous roles focused on maintaining strong client relationships.

Prior to joining JTC, he held positions at other financial services firms and also worked within Share Registration, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both fields.

In their spare time

In his spare time, Simon is a passionate supporter of Gillingham Football Club and is a dedicated season ticket holder. He is also an avid reader with a keen interest in history. Simon also enjoys walking, having completed seven Ultra Challenge 100km walks to raise money for various charities.
