Leanne joined JTC Law in 2024 to lead the Investment Funds and Corporate Practice.
Leanne brings extensive experience representing investment fund managers, financial institutions, and sponsors in relation to the structuring, establishment, operation, and termination of a wide range of investment funds. She has particular expertise in the areas of private equity, real estate, venture capital, infrastructure, digital assets, technology, debt, and impact funds.
Leanne also advises on all aspects of Jersey corporate and commercial law, including corporate restructurings, joint venture arrangements, Jersey vehicles holding UK and European real estate (JPUTs), acquisitions and mergers, liquidations, and all aspects of Jersey corporate process and governance.
Leanne has over 20 years of experience practicing Jersey law and joins us from another international law firm where she held a position as a global partner.
Recognised in Chambers and a Recommended Lawyer for both Investment Funds and Corporate work by Legal500, Leanne is highly regarded in the industry. In addition, Leanne is an IFLR Leading Lawyer Highly Regarded in the Channel Islands and a recognised IFLR Women Leader. Leanne is an active member of the Jersey Funds Association Legal and Technical Committee.
