JTC opened its office in Austria in 2023 to enhance its service provision to both private and corporate clients within continental Europe.

The team focuses on providing compliance and management services to a range of corporate clients. These services include the provision of registered office and registered agent (RORA), directorships, tax compliance and financial accounting. Clients include multinational corporates, among them luxury brands such as Versace and Coach, as well as family offices and privately owned family companies of all sizes.

The team also delivers multi-family office services to private clients including developing and implementing strategies for estate and succession planning. Our concierge-style services include supporting clients in areas such as relocation, the purchase of luxury assets, undertaking enhanced due diligence for banking and other requirements, as well as establishing and administering corporate structures and foundations.
