Manager in JTC’s Private Client Services (PCS) division in Jersey, Shannon Bayliss, has been named in the 2024 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list.
The annual list, which was released on Monday 9 September, highlights the leading young private client practitioners in the UK and UK Crown Dependencies.
In her role, Shannon is responsible for a portfolio of high-net worth individuals across the globe and works on a variety of PTCs, family offices, property and hotel developments.
The individuals included on the list were selected by the senior editorial team at PAM Insight, based on their skills and achievements within the industry. Other factors that were considered included the reputation and performance of the company where the nominee is employed, feedback from senior staff, as well as their trajectory of promotion/business development success.
