Ryan joined JTC following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s Fund Administration business in 2015 and is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of financial services experience.
He has a specific focus on financial statements preparation in accordance with IFRS and United Kingdom, United States and Luxembourg accounting standards as well as other accounting frameworks. He also provides technical expertise across the JTC Group to resolve complex accounting and audit issues and/or new accounting standards implementation.
Ryan is Head of Internal Finance and a Senior Director on the Board of JTC’s South Africa office and is a corporate director of certain South African clients. Additionally, he is responsible for the management of one of the jurisdictional fund accounting teams in JTC’s South Africa office, which provides fund administration services to a variety of structures.
