Highlights

In her role, Oana works primarily in the areas of domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, asset protection and enforcement structures.

Oana has a focus on private equity transactions, general commercial, corporate governance and corporate law issues. Her experience also includes expertise on SPACs, shareholders disputes and investment arbitration.

Oana is multi-lingual and speaks Romanian, English and Spanish.

In their spare time

Oana loves to keep herself busy and enjoys many activities such as artistic gymnastics and visiting art museums.

  • Bachelor of Laws
  • Master of Laws – Public International Law
