Mohammad joined JTC in 2021 and has 14 years’ experience within financial services.
Mohammad’s role is mainly focused on servicing complex securitisation transactions across special purpose vehicles (SPVs), aircraft leasing, lifetime loans, commodities and multiple other asset classes.
He is an active member of the corporate services industry and regularly attends events in Ireland and across Europe including Global ABS and Growth Frontiers. He has also contributed to thought leadership articles on SPVs, Designated Activity Companies (DACs), and aircraft asset backed securitisations (ABS).
Prior to JTC, Mohammad spent a number of years working for a number of well-known and reputable companies within the corporate services industry.
