Michael Richards

Michael is the Head of Fund Administration in the US.

Prior to JTC, Michael worked at another well-respected administrator where he built his reputation in hedge funds and private equity administration within their Alternative Investment Solutions division. He was responsible for a large global team servicing top institutional fund sponsors with a broad spectrum of alternative investment product types.

His background in alternative fund administration and financial reporting with leading private equity fund sponsors has enhanced JTC’s approach to complex accounting transactions, automation, financial and investor reporting, and is bolstering their rapidly expanding presence in the private equity fund administration space.

In their spare time

In his spare time, Michael enjoys watching and coaching his son’s hockey teams and cheering on his daughter during her dance competitions. He also enjoys playing golf and dining out with his wife. Michael is a dedicated supporter of Children with Special Needs and Life Limiting Conditions and focuses on making an impact in his community through a charity he and his wife founded in 2017.
