Matthew is a Senior Director in JTC’s London office having joined following the acquisition of Minerva in 2018. Matthew is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, whilst also developing and growing the corporate services offering for the office in line with JTC’s strategy.

Matthew, a member of the Chartered Governance Institute, has worked in the financial services industry for over fifteen years, providing company secretarial and administration services to a variety of corporate structures.

In their spare time

The majority of Matthew’s spare time is spent on the sidelines supporting his three young daughters at various different sports including gym; swimming; dancing; and football. When time permits he enjoys most sports, however these days mainly from the comfort of his armchair!
