In 2025, following the acquisition of Kleinwort Hambros Trust Company (CI) Limited, Julien was appointed Managing Director of Guernsey Private Capital Services. He is responsible for leading the Guernsey team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service to high-net worth individuals and corporate clients. 

With over 35 years of experience in financial services, Julien’s career combines roles within both the banking and fiduciary sectors, in London and offshore. For the last 25 years, he has been based in Guernsey, holding senior multi-jurisdictional roles with global financial services firms. 

Prior to joining JTC, Julien was Chief Administration Executive for a well-known bank and trust provider.

Julien is a devoted family man and an avid sports fan. He also enjoys playing golf and regularly attends the gym.
