Jonny Snowden

Highlights

Jonny is a commercially focused operational leader with over a decade of experience across finance and professional services, with expertise spanning strategy, performance and governance. He has particular experience in M&A integration, business transformation and performance management, and has worked closely with Boards and Executive Committees to support strategic direction, prioritisation and execution.

Prior to joining JTC, Jonny held senior roles with responsibility for operational leadership, financial performance and strategic programme delivery, including work connected to both buy-side and sell-side M&A activity. He has worked closely with senior leadership to advise on strategic and operational priorities during periods of change, and earlier in his career delivered complex integration and operational change programmes across banking and fiduciary services businesses. He is recognised for an analytical and structured approach, with a strong emphasis on clarity, alignment and disciplined execution.

In their spare time

Outside work, Jonny enjoys keeping active through personal fitness, motorsports and cycling. He also loves spending time with his wife and two children and enjoys exploring new parts of the world where he can put his language skills to the test.
