JTC established its Geneva office in 2013 and its Zurich office in 2025 following our acquisition of Citi’s global fiduciary and trust administration services business, formerly known as Citi Trust.

Our multi-lingual teams offer a wide range of private client and corporate services, specialising in the provision of trust and fiduciary structures for private clients, especially those with links to the Europe and the Americas.

The services available include trust administration and accountancy, corporate structures (including Swiss companies), private trust companies, succession planning and private office services. The team also delivers multi-family office services to private clients including developing and implementing strategies for estate and succession planning. JTC Switzerland’s concierge-style services include supporting clients in areas such as relocation, the purchase of luxury assets, undertaking enhanced due diligence for banking and other requirements, as well as establishing and administering corporate structures and foundations.
