Nicole Vella

Highlights

As a key member of JTC’s Boston office, she is responsible for facilitating 1031 Like Kind Exchanges and managing EB-5 clients. Nicole coordinates closely with clients, attorneys and title companies to ensure smooth and successful closings for both relinquished and replacement properties, making customer service her top priority.

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Cambridge College—focusing on investment strategies, strategic management, and corporate finance—and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth, with an emphasis on strategic management and consumer behavior. She has further distinguished herself by earning the Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation.

Prior to joining JTC, Nicole’s background encompassed banking, customer service, sales, and 1031 exchanges.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, painting and hiking.
