Nick Falla

Manager - Fund Services Guernsey 

Nick joined JTC following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s Fund administration business in 2015, and has over 16 years’ experience within the financial services industry.

Nick is responsible for overseeing the correct maintenance of the Shareholder Registers for a number of listed companies on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext, ensuring day-to-day activities are accurately processed using the CREST system.

This includes the timely processing of dividends and corporate actions, assisting companies coming to market via institutional placing or by offer to the public and administer proxy voting for client funds.

 

Qualifications

  • GNVQ Business Studies National Diploma

In Their Spare Time

Nick enjoys spending time with his young family at the beach, cinema, and parks. He is also a big fan of sports, with football being his greatest passion. He even represented Guernsey’s football team in his younger years of action. Nick is a big fan of Tottenham Hotspur and tries to get to see a game whenever he can.
