Associate Director - Private Capital Services

Nick rejoined JTC following the acquisition of Citi’s global trust and fiduciary administration business, formerly known as Citi Trust, having previously spent 10 years with JTC in Private Client Services. He is now an Associate Director in the Private Capital Services division, where he leads the fiduciary review team.

Highlights

Nick is responsible for overseeing the team’s delivery of periodic risk reviews and plays a key role in supporting risk projects. With over 20 years’ experience in banking, fiduciary services, operations, and regulatory risk, Nick brings strong technical knowledge and understanding of regulatory change to his role.

In their spare time

Nick is passionate about sports especially golf, cricket, padel and tennis. He also takes part in coastal rowing, including two Sark to Jersey and Gorey to Carteret, and has won the Jersey rowathon several times with JTC. Nick is a fan of Formula 1 and rugby, enjoys travelling, trying new foods and spending time with family and friends.

STEP - Diploma in International Trust Management
CGI - International Cert. in Financial Services Regulation
(EU GDPR) Certified EU GDPR Foundation and Practitioner
CGI - Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration (COFA)
