Melissa is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over six years’ experience in legal and corporate governance services.
Melissa joined JTC in 2023 and oversees the corporate secretarial team, servicing a portfolio of Guernsey based fund and corporate structures. Her responsibilities include managing the corporate secretarial requirements of the client portfolio, including attendance at board meetings, preparation of board packs and drafting of minutes, and corporate governance reporting.
Prior to JTC, Melissa worked as an attorney at law firms both in South Africa and Luxembourg. Most recently, she managed the corporate secretarial team of a global financial services provider.
