Highlights

Melissa joined JTC in 2023 and oversees the corporate secretarial team, servicing a portfolio of Jersey based fund and corporate structures.

Prior to JTC, Melissa worked as an attorney at law firms both in South Africa and Luxembourg and also managed the corporate secretarial team of another global financial services provider. She has worked on numerous international fund and corporate structures including corporate clients listed on various international stock exchanges. She also has extensive experience in corporate restructurings and related security and financing transactions.

In their spare time

Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and travelling.
