He is a key member of the JTC Employer Solutions team with over 25 years’ industry experience.

Mark is responsible for the team of Trust and Client Relationship Managers which specialise in the trusteeship of employee share trusts. Such incentives range from standard share options or award plans for fully listed PLCs as well as more bespoke and complex arrangements for private and AIM listed companies.

Prior to RBC cees, Mark worked for Abacus primarily in the Private Client Division before moving across to Corporate Services at its inception. Abacus was acquired by RBC in 2005, at which point RBC Corporate Employee and Executive Services (CEES) was established.

In their spare time

Mark enjoys holidays with his family, playing golf, watching football and cricket and walking the cliff paths of the north coast of Jersey.
