Highlights

Marina received her law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999. At the beginning of her career, Marina worked for a boutique Argentine law firm specialising in public international law, and in 2001 she moved to the British Virgin Islands to work for an international trust company responsible for the Latin American client portfolio. She has been based in New York since 2004, when she began working as a marketing manager and part of the business development team.

With over 25 years of experience in trust administration and wealth preservation, Marina advises ultra-high net worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs and business owners with complex cross-border fiduciary matters-spanning multiple legal systems, regulatory environments, and family considerations- understanding their goals, translating them into practical, structured strategies and providing tailor made solutions for their estate planning needs.

Marina is a Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP). She is an active STEP member and served as Immediate Past Chair of the STEP New York branch 2023-2025. She is a founding board member of the Argentine Lawyers Association of New York and has been awarded recognition at both Citywealth Leaders List and the Citywealth Powerwomen Top 100.

Marina is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.

In their spare time

In her spare time Marina enjoys home cooking and sharing it with her family. Even with four children she finds time to enjoy reading, playing the guitar and walking her dog.
